This policy is written in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch data protection legislation.

We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us:
- Contact form: name, email address, subject, and message.
- Booking form: name, email address, company name, and any details you include in your message when scheduling a strategy call.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, financial, biometric, etc.).
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data only for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry or booking request.
- To communicate with you during the course of a project engagement.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes — ever.
4. Legal Basis for Processing

5. Data Retention
Contact and booking form submissions are retained for a maximum of 12 months from receipt, after which they are permanently deleted. If a commercial relationship is established, project-related communications may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with Dutch accounting and tax law.
6. Cookies

- Resend — email delivery. Contact form submissions are transmitted via Resend to our inbox. Resend processes your email address and message content solely for delivery purposes and does not retain this data beyond the transmission.
We have data processing agreements in place with all processors, as required by GDPR Article 28.
8. International Transfers
Our hosting provider (Vercel) may store data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, Vercel relies on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of protection.
